Ohio Valley Blog is a place to come online in the Ohio Valley and share you thoughts and ideas about topics that are important to you. We will of course post multiple topics ranging from business and religion to politics and education but you are free to create your own and talk about what ever suits you. Ohio Valley Blog is a community site that is built by you. If you do not like what we are blogging about or do not wish to comment on our blog, create your own and invite everybody to come to your blog.
There are plenty of blogging sites out there but what makes us unique is we are just for the Ohio Valley. Some topics might creep in here that really have nothing to do with the Ohio Valley and we will allow them as long as they are Ohio Valley residents. See, a blog is simply a web site containing the writer's or group of writers' own experiences, observations, opinions, etc., and often having images and links to other Web sites. So, you as the writer or us as the writer makes no difference, it is the content that matters. As they say on the internet, content is king, you need content to make a site worthwhile. We will add in a ton of content on our own and we hope you have something to say on our entries, just as we will probably comment on your entries. We do ask one simple rule, keep it professional as possible. We should all act in an adult manner (even if we refuse to grow up) when it comes to sharing an opinion about something specific. You can strongly voice your opinion, but keep it to the point of not publishing libel. For those who might have a general understanding or maybe none at all as to what libel is, well here you go:
- A false publication, as in writing, print, signs, or pictures, that damages a person's reputation.
- The act of presenting such material to the public.

We are not responsible for anything that remotely resembles libel published by another bloggger on Ohio valley Blog, so keep that in mind. We won't police your posts. You are responsible for the content.
